Associate Degrees for Transfer are a type of associate degree designed to make the transfer to the California State University (CSU) system seamless by aligning Laney College coursework with transfer preparation coursework in the CSU system.
Laney College offers Associate in Arts (AA) and Associate in Science (AS) degrees. Requirements for graduation with an Associate Degree are prescribed by the California Community College System and the Board of Trustees of the Peralta Community College District.
